Self-care has been such a buzz word for so many years, but when you are stuck or not feeling yourself it may be time for a break and to practice a little self-care. Self - care can help you physically, mentally, & emotionally.

- Take a bath
- Meditate
- Learn a new skill
- Say "NO" to someone, an event invite, etc.
- Listen to a podcast
- Read a new book
- Cook healthy meals at home
- Watch your favorite movie
- Organize an area of your home
- Spend 30 minutes outside 3-5 times a week
- Sleep
- Go out to eat
- Buy a special treat for yourself
- Get acupuncture
- Get a massage
- Go to a therapist
- Try a new exercise class
- Buy yourself flowers
- Ask for help
- Call a friend
- Get a babysitter and go do something for yourself
- Make art
